Ozitech Knife Sharpener
This is the second Ozitech I've purchased. A friend told me he hated sharpening knives, as he could never get the blades where he wanted them. I asked for one of his knives, took it home, sharpened it with the Ozitech, gave it back to him where he promptly opened his thumb in a "test." After the bleeding and bitching stopped he asked me to order one for him. On another note, I've had mine for two plus years and its still going strong. I've thrown out all my sharpening stones and other crap ...

Sharp sharpener!
Was apprehensive at first when this item arrived! Its unconventional shape threw me off but once set up it did an excellent job of sharpening my knives. It is small and compact therefore easy to store. The price is also good.

Easy and effective
Overall, I found this knife sharpener to be very fast and easy to use. Luckily the instructions are printed clearly on the package with visuals so you know the knife is positiioned correctly. It worked very well on all of my Rachel Ray Furi knives. I would recommend this as a good alternative to other knife sharpeners that can be more difficult or complicated. Plus, this is compact and folds to a size that fits in any drawer.
