I purchased this as a Christmas gift for myself & my husband. We were having around 40 people over for our annual Christmas Eve party & we were cooking alot of shrimp & clams. I sent this lobster pot to my son for Christmas and he received it damaged.(alot of things are damaged at Christmas, the way boxes are thrown around!) He contacted Amazon.com and they mailed him another one THE SAME DAY! (Even BEFORE he had a chance to mail back the damaged one!)The new one arrived in perfect condition and he is VERY HAPPY with this item!
