Truly Everyday Use just add Covers
This combo pack is a great bargain because you will literally use it everyday. I have tops for both of them from other parts of my Calphalon collection. The larger one I use to fry chicken and saute meat all the time. All I do is cover and fry away. I also do a great egg plant, squash, red and green pepper veggie stir fry. There is never an issue regarding the heating quality, cleaning, or overall care. The 10" one I use to fry my eggs or smaller meals. The ONLY limiting issue that may be...

Good, but probably not great
