Actual Instructions for THIS model of pressure cooker
I only rate this product a 4 because the "instruction manual" is a joke. Fagor gives you ONE generic manual that applies to all their models, even if it's wildly inappropriate for this one. For example "the pressure valve will rise, showing you the increase in pressure." Guess what? No pressure "valve" visible on this one.

not thrilled
Sent it back before I used it. Did not like the seal. Too easy to lose. Too maintenance needy. I like my previous pressure cooker. I am a low maintenance person.
