Outstanding Knife
For the past 15 years I have been using a set of Wusthof knives that my husband purchased, with the exception of the paring knife, which he bent prying something open (sigh) and then tried, fairly unsuccessfully, to bend it back into position. Consequently, I have been using a five-inch paring knife but have never felt comfortable with the length. A great value
I purchased this knife so I could have something to easily transport from my kitchen to other family member's kitchens, since it comes with a knife sheath. For the cost of the knife, it is a great value. It has a full tang and is balanced well. It's a very nice, moderately-priced knife, as are the others in the same collection.
