I love this knife. It is long enough to slice the breadmaker loaves. It will also slice the top off of large round cakes for decorating.

Great knife for my needs....
Generally, I'm cutting bread made from my bread machine and this thing really does the trick. No more mangled bread. Nice long blade, well made, and extremely sharp. I've had a few other bread knives that just weren't good enough, so I was especially happy when I got this. WOW, I finally don't have to squish the whole loaf while I slice it. This knife is great. Cuts bread very thin, even without a bread slicer guide. Love it.
