JA Henckels Santoku knives
I have wanted a good Santoku knife for a while now and when I saw a good name brand like J A Henckels had a set of 2 for a mear $20 I thought it was too good to be true. "I was right!" These 2 knives are really cheap. The blades are very thin and won't even cut straight though an onion because of the steeply angled grind on the edge of the knife. I am really dissapointed that a quality company like JA Henckels would stoop so low to sell such junk. I'd have never gotten them had I known what they...
