Not as good as they claim
This knife is just not as sharp as the higher quality knives that cost much more. I have Global and Henckel knives and I use the same tools I use to sharpen them to sharpen this knife but it just doesn't work that well. The blade feel thin and flexible. If you've used any of the $80 knives I would skip this one.

Great Expectation Met
Just as good as the 4" knife, but 2.5" larger for bigger tasks. Good value, good handling, good product.
Excellent Knife
This knife is one of the best I have owned, especially when paired with a great knife sharpener like the Wusthof 2-stage knife sharpener. In fact the combination of the knife and the knife sharpener mentioned makes Chef Tony's TV Miracle blades look blunt and painful to use. I like this knife so much I am buying 2 more next week.
