Great Knife, very sharp, lightweight
I bought this knife when it was on sale, and I'm glad I did. Most of the knives I own are made in China and come dull from the packet. This one is very sharp, well balanced, and does it's job well. It slices through chicken with ease. If you don't have any decent everyday knives in your kitchen, you should look into one. Too bad it's not a full tang knife though.

Hard to turn this one down
This 7-inch santoku knife is deceptively lightweight yet balanced. Extremely sharp in part because of its thin blade, but that also means it's easy to resharpen when needed and it will slice through anything quickly; much like a filet knife. So be careful when using! The handle is quite comfortable, and as others have mentioned, this is a great value at this price.
