Husband more than pleased
I bought this for my husband as part of his Christmas present and he LOVES it. It is a nice size and really does keep his coffee hot all day. He brought it home one day after working 8+ hours. He had forgotten he had it with him, so it had not been opened. I watched him open it more than 9 hours after fresh coffee had been poured in, and STEAM came out! He takes it with him when he is working outside. Even on snowy days it keeps his coffee hot to the last drop....

Works okay, I guess.
I use it to hold coffee during the day. It looks good and does keep the coffee reasonably hot all day. There is an almost immediate drop in temperature, though, compared to coffee left on the hot plate, even when the thermos is preheated with hot water. Perhaps I just expected too much, I had hoped that for the first hour the coffee would stay as hot as when it was first brewed.

great thermos
with the economy being what it is, every penny counts. especially when starbucks charges over $4 for a coffee with scalded milk. which by the way, is the ONLY way to drink coffee. ack on throwing in cold milk to hot coffee - ack ack ack. even the coffee cart on the corner runs $2 and by the end of the week it's over $10 ('cuz i cant just have one cup). after a couple of weeks, this thermos has paid for itself. and i get my coffee the way i like it. each and every time. good stuff
