17 Feb 2009 Necessary product I love the Krups 326-76 10-cup brushed steel thermal carafe, but you just have to make sure you don't strong-arm the handle over a period of time, since it can loosen and tightening it is very difficult. The whole Krups machine will seem to last forever, but treat the carafe with caution; if hand washing, try not to use jerky movements while holding by the handle. 16 Dec 2008 carafe I like the looks of this and the ease of cleaning the carafe.I use a small coffeemaker for daily use for myself and use this coffeemaker for my gatherings. My only problem was that after 5 uses with my first carafe(not many coffee drinkers at my get-togethers),the handle just gave way while I was carrying it to the table!!

15 Oct 2008 No more broken glass liners! I have used thermal carafes for several years and feel they are the best way to preserve the taste of brewed coffee. I have brewed alot of coffee in my Krups brewer but in the last year or so, I have had to replace the glass liner two times. I was shopping for a replacement when I saw this stainless steel carafe and I thought I would try it. I am pleased with it.
