Maxwell house vanilla coffee combined with a black and decker smart-brew plus coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee! Doesn't fit with permanent coffee filter!
The instructions that come with the water filter recommend that you use it with a permanent coffee filter, but it doesn't fit with Mr. Coffee's own basket-style permanent coffee filter. The handle that is attached to the coffee filter curves inward and actually blocks the water filter from being inserted. Great design, huh?
Direct replacement, it does the job.
