Convenient and good coffee but unreliable.
I have now had 2 of these. The first one lasted about a year before breaking and the second one lasted only about 6 months. I'm the only one in the house who drinks coffee and this makes good coffee and is convenient. But it seems it is quite unreliable and breaks often from my experience. So if you don't mind buying a new one every 6 months to year or so then this might be for you, otherwise you should look for another brand coffeemaker....

good, quick little coffeemaker
This coffeemaker does what it is supposed to do - no more, no less. The mug is very good quality and I wish we could order more. We have not tried the coffee maker with any other mug... it's a bit tall for regular coffee mugs and too short for our tall ones.

I love the Black & Decker Brew n' Go! It is so awesome. I've had it for a couple of weeks and have experienced no problems. I read a lot of the reviews and got a lot of great advice, like not adding too much coffee, and it has worked beautifully. Now I just need to find some more short travel mugs that will work with it! I highly recommend this product.
