Trouble with a capital T
We bought this machine from Target on 12/20/08. It worked great for about 3wks and then blew thru it's first coffee disc. I emailed customer service twice regarding this issue and received NO response. We descaled the machine and thought that would take care of the problem....then when it didn't, started to try different things, like close the machine very carefully and slowly as to make sure the seal was good. Bosh is a bad product
I had the Bosh Tassimo brewer, and it was nothing but problems. At times it worked just fine, but at times it would pop the coffee disk and send coffee grounds all over the counter top. I called Tassimo for help, but all they told me is to make sure to use pure or distilled water. OK that's what I was using. After many blowouts I returned it to Target. (Glad it's gone)
