A coarse grind is the solution
We had problems with coffee grounds getting all over the lid and inside where the water goes. Quite a mess and cleaning nightmare. We were asking for a medium grind when buying coffee. It was getting to the point where we were making less than 8 cups to avoid the mess. I called customer support and the person I talked with was very nice and sent us a new basket. Still had the same problem. So, my husband went to a place where he could grind the coffee himself. He goes a couple of notches above m...

I am very happy with my Cuisinart coffeemaker. I was pleasantly surprised as my order was shipped almost immediately after I ordered it. It came very well packaged and the coffeemaker works great. I love the programmable capabilities and the carafe is easy to pour from with no spilling. Great product and very efficient company.

no complaints so far
So far this works great. Good tasting coffee and very hot. No leaks, timer works great, easy to fill/clean etc. It does exactly what is it supposed to do and does it well. The cups are very small but I take that into consideration. I think their cup size is 4.5 oz.
