14 May 2009 the worst !!!! Not even one star!!!! The cup measurement on the side has worn off.. faulty design. 13 Apr 2009 Do not buy this coffee maker! We were very excited about the grind & brew but learned very quickly it's an over priced dud. It's a hassle to set up. When it works correctly it makes good coffee but the grinder feature is high maintenance and quite frankly not worth it plus you waste a lot of beans. The steel carafe is good in theory but you never know how much coffee is left plus you can't help but spill when you have to turn it upside down to pour the last cup.

03 Apr 2009 poorly engineered This is my second Grind & Brew. I've been using them for probably about 6-7 years. I love the convenience but it comes @ a cost.
I've had this unit since last summer. It clogs up with no warning, a problem on workday mornings when we're rushing around trying to get out the door. You need to clean @ least once a week which is messy & fairly difficult. Other than this issue it works well except it makes weak coffee (for my tastes-Starbucks fan here) using the standard coffee/water sett... –Bobbyfrom Amazon.com
