We Love this Machine
We have tried several coffee makers that make single cup servings. The pods are harder to find, they are expensive and the coffee isn't great. This machine was the answer for us. It looks great, works perfectly and is no louder than the other brands we tried. Having the ability to use your own grind was an option we were looking for.
Worked only Three Months
My unit last about three months - a little less actually. The pump that pulls the water into the warming area failed. This unit has had a lot of tender loving care. Cuisinart is not honoring the three year warranty. They say I need to return it to the store I purchased it from since it has been less than three months. The store refuses to accept the unit back as the no longer carry it. I loved this unit, it was noisy, but I loved the coffee.
