16 May 2009 Love this coffeemaker! This is the best coffee maker we've ever used and Amazon's price was the best anywhere because I looked a long time before I bought it. The built in conical grinder works really well,coffee comes out very hot, burner keeps it that way,so no need for a thermos to keep it warm. Really like the Aroma feature when making fewer cups.

13 May 2009 Horrible Customer Service This is my second Grind and Brew, the first lasted about 18 months until the heating element stopped working. Both my wife and I really liked it, and even though we though 18 months was a pretty short life span for a $150 coffee maker, we decided to purchase another. The second unit has a major issue with grinding enough beans. The grinding cycle length is set by selecting number of cups and strength. 04 May 2009 Don't waste your money! Do not buy this coffee maker! Use your money to buy another brand (not Cuisinart) or stick to a basic coffee maker with a separate grinder. You will fare better.

I bought this machine slightly over a year ago and was reasonably happy with it for a while.
