OK, It's not perfect. I wish I could pour coffee beans in and have it grind them fresh. It's a little messy to pack the coffee and cleaning the froth wand is not easy. Also I wish it would stop after a preset amount of espresso was brewed. All in all it takes a few minutes to make that perfect cappucino.

Having bought other espresso machines that made sub par coffee and a big mess, I was a little worried about buying this machine. I didn't know if it would meet my expectations. I have been pleasantly surprised and quite impressed (it even makes the crema when brewing the coffee). The only thing it doesn't do is grind the beans. Having three options for brewing (single, double, and pod) makes it quite versatile. Those friends who have also had a cup (or two or three) are also impressed with ...

Great value and well built for this price range
I had purchased the Breville Cafe Roma for my girlfriend at Christmas and we were very pleased with its performance over our steam machines. We learned how to brew the pefect cup of cappucino and really like Peet's Espresso Forte and Garuda beans. We did have a leak issue with the machine due to a poor seal on the water basket, but Breville replaced it promptly with a brand new unit....Great customer service.| elapsed time: | 31.6ms |
