Great value for an automatic expresso machine
I purchased this machine when I returned from Asia as a replacement for the Saeco we had there. This model is the Cooper Mini of automated machines. It provides all of the quality of a Saeco automated system without the unnecessary features that drive cost on most other units. It performs consistently well making espresso or a full cup of European style coffee. It is an attractive appliance with modern styling that fits equally well in a traditional style kitchen. Saving us money!
We've had our Odea Go for 4 months now. We love it. It is so easy, even my husband can make a latte. ;) We find the drinks to be just as good as the chain coffee shops we used to frequent.
I do caution, there may be some mechanical issues. After 3 months of making 6 shots/day, the machine began experiencing problems (red light came on suggesting it needed to be "primed" all the time). Eventually, it did not work. I called Saeco for service. It took quite some time on hold, but the s...

Produces excellent espresso, lots of blinking
This was my first espresso machine that I have owned, but have used many manual machines. The most common use I have for it, is making espresso/cappuccino for family dinners; I do make single batches for myself on weekends. I have found it superb for single doses and a tad more complicated for multi-batch sessions. I agree that more stainless vs. plastic would have been nice, but the plastic is easy to clean, and does blend nicely into a stainless kitchen. The wand should have been either all me...
