07 May 2009 WONDERFUL MACHINE!! I bought this cooker based on the reviews I read and WOW what a great little appliance! It is the easiest way to do hard boiled eggs I have ever seen.. And the poached eggs come out just perfect.. Best to use large eggs NOT JUMBO eggs for poaching as the poaching trays are not real big.. I found it best to poke two holes in the egg shell when hard cooking as this seems to relieve more pressure and keeps the whites from oozing out..I love egg salad and I can now cook 7 eggs in no time and have e... –Shawn Shaferfrom Amazon.com
24 Apr 2009 Failproof! I love hard boiled eggs but hate the battle with the peeling of the shells. I've tried everything in the past with no success. This little egg cooker not only makes perfect eggs, from poached to soft-boiled to hard-boiled, the shells come off easily every time. The secret has to be the little hole that is pierced in the shell before you cook the eggs. And the loud alarm alerts me that the eggs are done. No putting on a pot of water and forgetting.
