Leaks like crazy Like the other reviewers were saying, the kettle leaks all over the counter. It is amazing that it hasn't shorted out the fuse or shocked anyone.

Disappointed in Delonghi I've come to like De'Longhi products but this one is disappointing.
Pro's:
Looks nice, really like the water filter, heats fast, clicks itself off as soon as it's done.
Cons: The leaking! man.. it's not huge amounts but it leaks water on and under the base. I got this to put at my desk so I could brew my adagio tea all day long while I work and now I think I'm going to have to get something else... I'm not sure the others have filters though.

Kettle leaks. Lid hard to close. Slow boil. this kettle has been a real dissapointment. i have 3 major complaints with it and the only benefit is that it looks good. i bought it 1/2 a year ago and am now replacing it.
1) it leaks all over my counter.
2) it is slow to boil compared to other electric kettles we've had.
3) it has a weird lid that has to be lined up EXACTLY with the kettle in order to snap close. it is a real nuisance and even when it closes, it unsnaps very easily. –Kristinafrom Amazon.com
