Great Little Knife I bought this knife to slice my homemade bread and it works just as I intended it to. I must admit the first time I used it I got bread between the two blades but it was MY error. You have to be careful to insert the blades correctly and make sure the tab on the one blade is securely
in the slot on the other blade. Once I figured this out there was no problem. I have also used the knife to carve
my roasts, ham and cut sandwiches. Great size, it fits my

My first electric knife, this one works well As a first test of this knife, I made a roast from a tough rump round. The roast was very tough in any thickness over 1/8", so it needed to be sliced thin. But it is tasty. I cut the roast with the electric knife, made nice, even, thin slices. Much less hassle than a circular meat slicer, and it is much easier to clean up afterwards. All in all, a good product and worth the money, if you do this sort of thing. –P. Kikuchifrom Amazon.com

Good product I had one for more than 25 years. This new one has the same shape but the knives is a litlle shorter than the other. Otherwise is an excelent product for a dailly kitchen. I recommend –Otavio Nesefrom Amazon.com
