still looking for a good electric skillet
I have had this skillet for awhile and I do not like it. It is in perfectly good shape but I have begun looking for a replacement It is far better than the one I had before (Rival S16RB 12-by-16-Inch Oblong-Shaped Electric Skillet with Removable Pan: I didn't read the comments here and should have)but it still has problems. Love this fry pan.
I really like this fry pan. It is lighter weight than the last two fry pans I have had, and it is deeper. It heats evenly, and the non-stick surface works very well.
Presto 06852 16-Inch Electric Skillet with Glass Cover
This skillet is nearly perfect in every way. I'd love to see one with a hinged cover. In small spaces, with limited or no counter space, the cover is a little cumbersome to handle, but I can live with it! I love this thing, and I want 2 more.
