Excellent item - worth the price
This is the best wok item we have ever owned. And, there have been no issues with the non-stick surface--could people be putting the electrical cord and prong-insert into the pan for storage? If so, I am sure it is scratched. We have used ours two dozen times now, and the finish is pristine. Just store the cord separately.
Top notch product in every respect
Straightforward, high grade construction. Super easy to break down and clean. Lots of nice, well thought out touches like the thermostat release lever and the cord pull. Will be looking to Breville when making other appliance purchases.

Wok Your Socks Off - Fantastic!
Man, what a fanstatic electric appliance! I've had mine for a year now, ample time to use this wok a lot and give it the highest rating because of all the experience I've had with it. It heats up quickly, it's easy to clean and the see-through lid is really convenient as it doesn't cloud up too much, even when steaming.
