14 May 2009 Very handy kitchen tool. I always hesitate before buying yet another kitchen appliance/tool of any kind: it's hard to know whether I'll use it enough to justify taking up more space. But this is one I highly recommend. It's small enough to keep on the kitchen counter, so it's handy, and I use it every time I cook.
