Love it!
I picked this up thinking it would be great to make paninis at home since my kids and husband are huge panini fans. I especially like the locking feature and usually start with the bread open faced with the cheese on one slice and the meat on the other to get the insides warmed up. Then I put the sandwich together, release the lock and finish grilling with the top resting on the bread. Nice and warm through and through.

A good kitchen work horse
After foolishly buying the George Foreman 360 grill, which I tossed in the trash after two uses, I did my homework and bought this Hamilton Beach press. The machine is not perfect (no on/off switch, no thermostat controls), but it works and works consistently. I'm an experienced cook and I use it several times a week.
