Interior coating coming off
After two years' of continuous use, interior coating is coming off. A few rusty spots have developed in the past 6 months. The company's website does not provide a replace container. I liked the Zojirushi brand but this one seems a disappointment.

Indispensible
This type of hot water dispenser is standard for most traditional Asian households, and unless you never drink hot beverages, I wonder how other families do without it.
The product does what it advertises, and is way more convenient than a kettle. I still use the kettle if I need a large quantity of hot water for other purposes. Zen!
My Zojirushi helps me get so relaxed!
In Japan where I grew up these "Magic Decanter" electric pots were at every household. After many years of living in the U.S. and not having it I finally bought one from Amazon and realized how much I had missed it!
Now, I can have my cup of tea instantly, don't have to fumble and wait with a kettle or a stove. And when I'm really famished, I can make cup noodles instantly and scarf it down. When I have surprise guests, I can serve them hot ...
