LOVE ICE CREAM
I have had this machine for about a year now. I make ice cream at least twice a week. It is fast and not to loud. I make my own diet ice creams and ices. The only thing I do is spray the bowl with a little Pam. I don't use alot of cream in my ices and this helps with the mixtures not freezing from the bottom causing the paddle to lift up which will stop the chruning. Easy to clean....

Excellent (if pricey) product, you get what you pay for
Makes perfect batches of ice cream, consistently each time. I used to have a cheaper pre-freeze bowl model, and ice cream would always come out inconsistently, a lot of times too watery, and if you made a mistake, you had to re-freeze the bowl and start over. Good for bbq's b/c you can make batch after batch, just make sure you make all the ice-cream mixes beforehand. A bit pricey, yes, but you get what you pay for, excellent machine, would definitely recommend.
