Big, a little weird, excellent performance
Bought it over one other, similar microwave, mainly to see if the inverter technology really works. It does. It's a great leap forward for humankind.
The knob is retro! Which in this case means solid. I did not buy it for the look, but it's funny when visitors think maybe it's a TV/microwave combo. It's solid like a 60s TV. And big.
This thing is big. I wanted big, so it's ok, but you might take out your tape measure to help conceptualize just how big it is. I am thrilled with how ...

I couldn't be happier with thie product. It is nice looking and the feel of the conrols are solid. That is what I was looking for in a microwave as my last microwave had touch pad controls and it quit working after a year. The Turbo defrost works great, it has a fast and even defrost, as it was advertised.

damaged on arrival,otherwise good product
A very good microwave overall.
This was my first electronics order from Amazon.
Very disappointed that the product had obvious damage to the metal frame on the back of the unit.
Amazon did refund me 20%.I think it should have been more like 30-35%.
Not sure if the damage occurred during shipping or whether it was missed during inspection at the factory.
I would be very reluctant to order any large electronic or bulky item from this site.
