Sharp make the best microwaves
I bought this item to replace a similar model I bought ten years ago from Sharp. I was so happy with the old model and it still worked, so I gave it to my brother. I wanted to update my kitchen and could not find this model in stores so I went to the internet. The only complaint I have is that Sharps descriptions of the R-410LK and the R-420LK left me a little confused and I ordered the R-410LK by mistake and had to send it back. Stuck with an inferior product.
I ordered this microwave because I recently had back surgery and was unable to go to a retail store to make the purchase. I found that the door does not fit properly and I have to close it with both hands. It seems secure after doing this. Since I am unable to box it up and ship it back I am stuck with this inferior product. There is even a warning in the packaging about doors that don't fit so this makes me think this is a common problem with this microwave. I don't recommend that anyone buy...
