beware of this seller
I didn't get to try this product due to the fact that is was either sent to my as a return from another customer or damaged in shipping. The outter box was not danaged but the inner box and booklet were damaged. The company as not work with me to fix this matter to my satafaction

Excellent experience for a first timer
As someone who had never made homemade pasta before I found the information in the manual and the device very easy to use. Except for the fact that I needed to use a little more water than the egg noodle recipe called for everything went very well.

works well, hard too clean, need other attachments to work
This is a good roller, much better than using an Atlas hand pasta machine (which I've done for years). But little pieces of pasta dry up inside and is time consuming to get them out. Last one I had I was cleaning it with a rag and the rag got jammed in (it was turning as I was cleaning the rollers).
