Perfect size and weight
I love this pressure cooker and I've used it 20 times before this review. I bought one for my sister and my mom I liked it so much. The bottom part is dishwasher safe, however, if you don't put it in the dishwasher it will stay shiny. I chose the aluminum over the stainless so it would be lighter in weight. It is the perfect weight for me. It heats quickly, but has not scorched anything. It is also a great size. I had a smaller pressure cooker and needed something bigger....
