Crock Cracked!
I was really happy when my hubby got this for me for Christmas but after probably less then ten uses or so it crack all the way across the middle. Of course it happened 3 months after they warranty expired. I tried going on Kitchen Aids website but it was full of errors and page not founds.

Ceramic insert cracked after 5 uses
I bought the stainless steel model (7qt) three months ago. Today was the 5th time using it. I heard a loud noise that sounded strange, then i heard the liquid dripping on the floor.
Liner cracking problem
This product has a significant design flaw. The removable liner cracks. We are on our third liner, and it just cracked after the first use. KitchenAid is good about sending new liners, but it's a hassle to use it once and then have to call and get it replaced.
