Not too impressive.. This poor review is partly Amazon's fault, as the item shipped poorly.. The damn thing was in a big box by itself with one some feeble paper packing.. Naturally, it was broken.. a small part in the handle had broken off.

So, I sent it back.

But that is NOT the fault of the manufacturer.. The cooker itself seemed a little lightweight.. not of the highest quality. Chinese thru and thru... not Spanish as some of the literature suggests. When my mother learned that my pot was broken o... –Cadillakinfrom Amazon.com
