amazing customer service
This has been a great addition to my kitchen; works great and love the different settings. I also love the extra little dipper too, my fav or sauces and fondu. Rival has the some of the best customer service that I have ever worked with. My original purchse had some problems that happened prior to shipping and Rival sent me a brand new one at no cost to me. It was amazing. Would definetly recommend any of their products

Crock of a crock pot - boo hoo
I was so excited to finally purchase my first crock pot after the raves from friends on their meals. I was finally going to be able to fit in a great hot meal for this busy mom's lifestyle but much to my disappointment (after FOUR FAILED meals) my crock pot was a crock. It overcooked EVERY meat I've tried (Roast, ribs, chicken and country style pork boneless ribs). The settings are way to high so like another reviewer, it defeats the purpose of the timer.
