Good crock pot but it does have some down falls.
I have had this crock pot for almost a year now so I have a pretty good idea how well made this product is. The crock pot size is very nice for a family of 4-5 people, and the clean up is fairly easy and I do like the keep "warm feature, however the crock pot does run high even if it's on the low setting, and my lid has already cracked, not the glass part, but the cheap plastic handle. So now I'm looking for a replacement lid. Other than that the crock pot is OK.

This Rival is ONE GREAT CROCK POT PLUS!
What a great size this slow cooker is. My first experience using this was cooking 1-1/2 whole chickens. These were large and if cooking slightly smaller ones, 2 could have easily fit.
Didn't get same item ordered
I ordered the Embossed Programmable crock pot and got one that was not embossed, it was a different style. Needless to say I was unhappy. I could have purchased a 5 quart programmable crock pot anywhere, but wanted the embossed one in particular. That's why I searched on the internet to find the exact one. Well, I found it on Amazon and was so happy, but I received the incorrect item. Make sure that the one you are ordering is the one you are getting. That's my two cents.
