The last can opener I will ever buy
I can't imagine the Deluxe Kuhn being improved on any time soon, and at any rate, I am so satisfied with it that I can't see myself spending money on a replacement even if it is. very hard to turn
I've had other openers that function the same way (side opening, no sharp edges) and this one does the job perfectly well, but it is not as easy to turn as the others I've used. For older folks or those with arthritis, I don't think it would be a great choice. In fact I often opt for the old cheap grocery store version in my drawer rather than use this one. My older parents can't use it at all.
