Soft & Easy Great product. It's soft and easy on your hands, as well as to use. It works quietly. Locks in place while turning and when you are done you can press the button to unlock the rotating device, without having the can's contents splatter on you. Except for the locking mechanism, it's good This has been my primary can opener for approximately 12 years. While I've been intending to replace it for most of that time, it has held up OK.

Unfortunately, the locking mechanism left much to be desired. When locked, there was not enough pressure to actually cut cans without squeezing the handle anyway. The locking mechanism (which is just a flimsy piece of plastic) broke off after a few months. It wasn't really needed, but I would have preferred that it work.
