13 May 2009 At Last - my toaster has come along. Congrats to Cuisinart for getting it right. Finally, here is a toaster that browns your toast evenly on both sides.

03 May 2009 Cuisinart toaster - very one-sided! I ordered this toaster about six weeks ago, and it initially did a great job of toasting bread - even and just the right amount of toasting. However within a couple of weeks, only one side was toasting. The center heating unit is not working. I plan to return the product, and get a replacement that works. 29 Apr 2009 Expensive, unsafe, bottom-rung performance and customer service Unfortunately I've had the displeasure of owning this toaster for 3 years. First, some background; I bought this toaster to replace a perfectly good wally-world $10 special that I bought back around 1991 for probably about $10. The old cheap one was replaced solely for the fact that it was white and didn't match the new kitchen decor.
