Works great for me! Before purchasing this toaster, I read many reviews on it. Some good, some bad. I purchased the toaster a few months ago despite any bad reviews, and it has been working great!! If it's toast you want, don't buy this one Like others, I fell for the KitchenAid name, figuring it had to be a good toaster based on the manufacturer's reputation. Boy, was I wrong, and boy, am I mad, after all the money I paid for this frustrating appliance. First, the good points: it holds 4 slices of most bread, and the long slots can accommodate slices of homemade loaves that are wider than normal. That's about it.
