16 May 2009 Best (Toaster) Oven I've ever had! I agree with other people on that this is an amazing convection oven that just happen to toast bread! I bought this about a month ago when my old, cheap toaster oven went out; and after reading the reviews, decided to take the plunge on buying something ~ 4x more than I'd ever spent on a toaster oven before. 13 May 2009 Awesome little oven Our previous toaster oven doesn't even compare. I LOVE my Cuisinart, and the price was fantastic. There is a HUGE difference between a toaster oven and a convection oven, and I now understand it. We've burned nothing in this oven. Everything stays juicy and cooks evenly. The only issue I've had is when I cooked a small cornbread, and it was a little uneven on the top. I just turn the pan 1/2 way through cooking to ensure the top color is more even. I bought this toaster oven over a year ago to replace a really nice Krups toaster oven I'd had for years because I wanted something bigger and more modern. I had shopped around for quite a while before I saw this one and the minute I saw it I knew it was the best looking and most well made oven I had seen in any price range.
