Disappointed with company
I purchased this toaster oven in April, 2007. There are only two adults in this household and we use the toaster oven in the mornings only. Within three months, the timer knob broke off and for the past two months I have been trying to obtain a new knob form the company: Salton. The responses I have received are: (1) The knob is out of stock and we do not know when it will come in since it is coming from China; (2) The knob has already been requested from the overseas manufacturer and we hope...
