I love this wine opener. It so easy to use and very impressive. Just hold it over the wine bottle and press the button, it does the rest in one motion. After cork is out press button again to release cork.

Love it! Great gift idea.
I can't say enough about this handy gadget (don't need more useless stuff in the back of my cabinet). Just charge it and follow the instructions; couldn't be easier. While I'm not a big wine drinker, I cook with it frequently. I have reduced hand/wrist strength and my other openers were difficult to use. At least half of the cork always ended up in the bottle.

Surprisingly Good
I got the Oster Wine opener as a Christmas gift. I'm a little leery of electronics taking the place of perfectly useful manual tools. I've used a "waiter's corkscrew" for years, and I'm quite adept at using it. I also found the Oster's design a little faux-modern, like it was trying too hard. So I was surprised at how easily it opened my wine bottle.
