Not what I expected
I was disappointed in this teakettle. It looks good on the outside, but the quality of the stainless inside seems to be low-quality, and there is a seam that doesn't seem sealed properly. I wanted a stainless teakettle so I could feel good about the purity of the water that I boiled, but don't feel confident with this product, so I am returning.

Beautiful tea kettle, but loose-fitting lid presents burn danger
I used this tea kettle for a couple of weeks, but had the lid fall off when emptying boiling water and the hot steam burned my hand. The same thing happened to my husband last night, but his burn is more serious. As a result, I would NOT recommend this tea kettle.
