Great mug!
I have to disagree with the poor reviews for this mug. As long as you follow directions and do not overfill the mug above a circular line on the interior of the mug, it will not spill. If you do overfill it though, it will squeeze some liquid out of the mug, and will "spill" when it is tipped (I know from experience). This mug is by far better than my previous mug, which did not keep coffee warm nearly as long and spilled quite often (I purchased it from a coffee shop). This product really i...

great non-spill system but doesn't stay hot.
I like the product. It is a little big for my hand and I am a big guy, so I can't imagine a girl trying to hold it...
The button to sip is hard to push and only works when pushed at the very top, not the bottom.
The non-spill system is great although there is always a little bit of liquid left at the sipping hole so if it were to tip over it would definitely stain something.

May Be A Decent Mug, But It's NOT Stainless Steel...
Since this mug came up on my Amazon search for "stainless steel travel mugs," and since at least one version seems to be stainless steel (the silver-colored one), I bought this believing the inside would be stainless steel. Well, it's not; it's plastic. Since the whole point of buying a new travel mug was that I was trying to replace plastic with stainless steel, this was a waste of money, for me. I know this mug is billed as BPA-free, but I've grown increasingly wary of drinking hot liquids ...
