Horrendous Service, Good Product
I've had the unit for about a year, gone through about 10 kegs and have only had to fill the CO2 tank once (initial fill-up). It works great, though the drip try is impossible to empty without spilling if it fills up. Luckily, I've had to deal with Haier only once. The following is my adventure dealing with their Customer Service Department (each date represents a different day I called Haier):

Great beer but don't roll it around!
I've had this unit for about six months and I'm quite happy with. You have to play around a bit to get the temperature and pressure right. Once they are set right though, you can switch out a keg without having to go through the whole routine every time. Flushing the lines is no better or worse that with other kegerators. I like the unit because I can serve great draft beer at a slightly lower cost per glass than cans and bottles. I LOVE not having to deal with returnables any more! There are tw...

Great value and easy to use!!!
Let me start by saying that the negative reviews of this product seem to be due to the missing C02 washer and the temperature regulation.
First, when you go and get the CO2 tank filled for the first time, they give you a washer. So they don't even really need to include it in the box. Any place that fills C02 tanks will give you a washer for free.
Second, what is the problem with 40 degree beer? Last time I checked, my fridge kept beer at 40 degrees and that was fine for years. My ...
