DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!
I bought this coffee press. I loved it for the first ten uses. Then, the filter plunger frame broke and crumbled apart! The return time for it expired the day BEFORE this piece of junk fell apart. Now policy says I have to take a loss due to restocking fee if I return it. So, I paid 20 dollars for a few cups of coffee and I had to buy the grounds! I should have just went to a coffee house until my BUNN got fixed.
Busted!
I bought it, even after reading all the comments about broken plastic filter basket. It worked 10 times and - yup. The plastic basket broke. BonJour's web site is useless. Called customer service. They wanted me to ship the whole unit to them. Who are they kidding?
