This is a quality product, very well made. I don't think you can find a nicer Tea Maker. The design is beautiful and as to functionality, also very well constructed. I started with a Freiling sugar bowl (actually two, one for sugar and one for artificial sweetener) and the creamer. The quality of the stainless is unparalleled. I was hooked. Does not keep tea any warmer than a regular ceramic teapot
This tea maker is good looking and convenient, but I was disappointed that it doesn't keep tea warm despite the claim that it will do that.
