good quality I used this for the first time to ice a layer cake and it worked great; sleek and left the icing even without any marks. Immediately when i took this out of the package, I was impressed with the quality. The stainless steel is sturdy, the handle is well-designed. I did use this to lift a layer onto the other, and it worked so well!
